I just checked my sleep app, the one that’s built into my iphone (it’s in the app with the timer) that you can use to track your sleep habits and it says that I sleep on average only about 5 ½ hours a night. I’m really surprised, I’d have thought it was way more than that. But at least it explains why when the weekend comes I sleep like I’m dead.

I guess the solution (partly) would be to go to sleep earlier. But I’m naturally a night owl and I wake up when Chris leaves for work at 6:30 so basically I’m kinda fucked. Oh well *insert shrug emoji here*
