I did a custom order for a client a while back. Long story short we arranged for them to pay the balance via bank deposit and have me mail the ring.

They’re dragging their feet on the payment. I let them know that Friday is the last day I can mail it or else it’s next year.

Before I would have been anxious about getting it out to them, but really it’s your Christmas present. I finished it weeks ago. I don’t get the lack of urgency on their part. People do this all the time. I’ll never understand.
