I’d really like to learn sign language. I wonder what we call our sign language here? There are different “dialects” so to speak. British is different to American.

re @millerflintstone‘s post about growing up in an abusive household, I don’t think people realise how it literally never leaves you. The anticipation of angering someone or getting yelled at is always there. It never goes away.

Chris is generally very ho-hum about most things but he told me he really liked Ghostbusters. Then the next day he brought it up to me again how much he liked it. That never happens. I’m so glad. It was important to me.
