• I really like those rings I made today. I want to make a series like those. My mind has been churning today with new ideas.
  • I feel emotionally fatigued with this issue with our mayor. That protest I was supposed to go to but couldn’t yielded results. He declared his intention to resign. But today at the emergency council meeting he didn’t and there’s been no statement issued since then. So not only is our mayor a sexist troglodyte, he’s also a man who doesn’t keep his word. Honestly I really didn’t expect that he would, that’s the worst part. I didn’t even believe him. That’s so fucking sad.
  • I’ve been trying to stay out of commenting on the U.S. elections. Honestly though it’s such a shit show. Y’all are looking so bad on the world stage. No let me amend that, your potential leaders are. We know that many of you are better than that. But truthfully, Trump has revealed a really nasty underbelly of America. But then Black folk been tryna tell everybody about it for a long time. And people still ain’t listening.
  • I just found out that Vanity died. I feel like a piece of my adolescence just died with her. I was a Prince fiend. RIP girl.
