I drove past two cars today right as they got into an accident (one rear ended the other). I didn’t realise it until I heard the bang and saw it in my rear view mirror. I felt really sorry for both of them. End of the year and you have this shit to deal with. Also I was super grateful it wasn’t me.

Then about ten minutes later I was turning off a main road onto a side street. Coast was clear and just as I turned I found myself facing another car head on and had to slam on the brakes. They’d been parked and just pulled out into the street straight into me. Fortunately we didn’t collide and I went on my way, very cautiously. I once again said a short prayer of gratitude. 

It’s that time of the year where people just do stupid shit on the roads. Y’all be extra vigilant and stay safe please. Let’s make it into 2018 in one piece.
